1.Set the Initial Time: Open the back cover and remove the batteries(if any), turn the minute hand (the larger hand) clockwise to position the hands at 12:30.
2.Insert Batteries:Insert the batteries one at a time, ensuring they are fully seated while paying attention to the plus and minus terminals.
3.Adjust to 1:00: Turn the minute hand(Long Hand) clockwise to set the time to 1:00. The cuckoo should come out once and then return inside.
4.Fine-Tune the Time: Continue turning the hands clockwise, stopping at each hour to allow the cuckoo to come out and return inside until you reach the exact time.

Step 2: Hang the Clock
- Mount the Clock: Hang the cuckoo clock on a wall in a bright area.
- Install the Pendulum: Fix the pendulum into the loop at the bottom of cabinet and give it a gentle tap to start swinging.
- Attach Weights: Hang the provided weights on the designated hooks.
Features on Side of the Cabinet:
- Light Sensor: Automatically turns off the cuckoo and music at night when light is absent.
- Sound Control Switch: Located on the side, with the following options:
- Cuckoo & Music On
- Music Off
- Cuckoo & Music Off
- Cuckoo Volume Control
Important Notes:
- To set the time only turn the minute hand (long hand) clockwise
- Do Not Rotate the hour hand (small hand).
- Ensure batteries are installed correctly, checking the alignment of plus and minus terminals
- Battery Replacement:
- Frequency: Replace every 1 to 1.5 years
- Battery Type: Only use Original German Varta batteries.
- Timing: If you've noticed the clock running slow /The cuckoo bird not coming out or going in
- Rechargeables: Do not use rechargeable batteries.
