We service and repair watches and clocks from across India and the Middle East. If you’re unable to visit us in person, you can conveniently send your timepiece via courier. Once the repair is complete, we will return it to you through courier service. Your clock will be double-boxed and securely packed to ensure it arrives safely without any damage.
First step involves booking your timepiece at our service center to get an evaluation report.
The details of the faults and servicing are conveyed to the client along with its estimated cost for approval.
The clockmaker places the dismantled clock parts in a ultrasonic cleaning tank.
The movement components and exterior parts are thoroughly inspected for any damage. Any defective parts are replaced with new ones. Our service center exclusively uses authentic spare parts, all sourced directly from the manufacturers.
Our polishing experts meticulously polish the case, ensuring it looks as good as new.
Once the clock case and other parts are cleaned and polished, the technician begins reassembling the movement and lubricates it with the specific German oil.
The final step in the process is testing the repaired clock after it has been fully reassembled by the technician. This testing phase lasts four days to ensure that your masterpiece functions properly and meets our quality standards.
Once time accuracy is checked and certified by the technician, the repaired clock is ready for delivery.
All clocks serviced at Kismet Watch Company come with a one-year warranty on the repairs performed. For optimal maintenance, the next service is recommended after two years.
