1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product is defective or malfunctioning upon arrival

  • The wrong product has been delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the premium and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or design due to handcrafted nature

  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or usage after delivery

  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase


3. Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the damaged/defective product

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.


4. Replacement & Refund

  • Approved cases may be eligible for replacement, repair, or refund, based on product availability and issue severity.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-cancellable after order confirmation.


6. Transit Damage

Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery partner and to our support team within 48 hours.


7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
